In designing the the room, it’s better for you to understand the needs and characters of your kids. Touch up the wall with bright paint, or look for somewhat more neutral paint for an older child. You can choose blue for boys’ rooms and pink for girls’ rooms.

The elongated position of the bed will take up much space so that the use of the room is inefficient. To enlarge the space, the bed should be placed in the width side of the room. The wardrobe is best placed near the door. To maximize the use of the room space, the desk can be made together with the panel at the end of the bed. If it is not used, the shelf desk can be folded back and into the panel then.

Bookshelves can be replaced by the shelf above the desk and the space under the bed. Use cutting stickers to differentiate the part of the panel which serves as a desk and to décor the panel. Add some full print paintings which are matching with the room dominant color. Place them parallel to the bookcase shelves on the panel. The horizontally positioned painting will give the impression of width to the room.
